Here are the 12 things I am going to do when I get back to the office
- Start being a change agent – provide to do lists not reports.
- Score ourselves against Stephane Hamel’s Online Analytics Maturity Model and present to senior management team.
- Integrate Customer Data Sources
- Create and Name My Customer Framework HEART Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, Task Success or something similar - Neil Mason
- Tidy up our Nomenclature make sure all Campaign, Page and Event Names are consistent
- Quantify Mobile App to Web Customers Visitors and calculate lifetime value
- Do more testing and incorporate apply Relevance, Express Value, Call to Action framework to landing pages. Bryan Eisenberg
- Experiment with Bo.lt and BTBuckets – Bryan Eisenberg
- Segmentation - pass customer tenure, unaware, interested, customer status as custom variable in Google Analytics and use for segmentation
- Revisit top conversion factors – re read Bryan Eisenberg’s book Always be Testing
- Start to track social media properly starting with Facebook Likes and Retweets - Anna O’Brien. Learn how to use Next Analytics Excel Add On.
- Attribute and Calculate ROI of Multichannel funnels more effectively
